VG13 is a service-connected disabled, veteran-owned real estate development & rental company. Our mission is to provide affordable housing solutions, for the families of: low to moderate income, veteran and junior ranking military members demographics.

Established in 2022, VG13 is steadfast in our dedication to alleviate the critical shortage of affordable housing within the Fort Walton Beach community. Families, regardless of background, deserve adequate, suitable housing.
